It is true that we as humans we are complex, we have so many responsibilities, we are evolving and our occupation can be a serious concern for us. We can often feel confused about which path to follow or if there is a need for a career change, so it is important to be open and honest with ourselves in order to choose an occupation that express us.  
As a person I have always been interested in people and their professional success, this was one of the reasons that my first degree is in Psychology and my Masters in Occupational and Organizational Psychology. I have more than 10 years of working experience in international and diverse organizations. I facilitate students to gain a place at the University of their choice, through counselling services (vocational guidance, aptitude tests, CVs, personal statements etc.). I likewise help organizations by either creating an HR department from scratch or help it develop in various areas such as Employee Relations, Performance Appraisals, Recruitment, and Employee Policies (Diversity, Equality, Disciplinary, Grievance, Whistleblowing etc.).
